Colin May, a FOCUS Managing Director, brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, most recently serving as a Managing Director at Car Wash Advisory, where he specialized in M&A advisory within the car wash industry. In this role, he guided clients through complex transactions, helping business owners achieve successful outcomes in both buy-side and sell-side deals. 

Prior to Car Wash Advisory, Colin held leadership positions at Capital Canada Limited, where he advised clients across multiple sectors on corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic transactions. His deep knowledge of industry dynamics, combined with a client-centric approach, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor.
