With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning publicly traded, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies, Jeff Wawrzyniak brings a deep and versatile background to his role as Senior Advisor at FOCUS. A seasoned executive and strategic business partner, Jeff has held responsibility for company strategy, P&L management, and market positioning while overseeing multiple business functions across a variety of industries.

Jeff’s core expertise includes strategic planning, operations, finance and capital funding, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, risk management, legal practice, compliance and ethics, and international operations. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led and supported complex transactions, negotiations, litigations, and integrations across multiple jurisdictions, consistently creating value for stakeholders.

Known for his ability to align organizational vision with a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence, Jeff has built a track record of driving growth while maintaining the highest ethical and governance standards. His broad skill set, and leadership experience enable him to provide FOCUS clients with trusted guidance through critical business challenges and opportunities.

Jeff holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, completing global residencies in the U.S., Kazakhstan, Turkey, China, India, Chile, and Panama. He also earned a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toledo.

Jeff and his wife are the proud parents of four military officers – 3 pilots and one strategy analyst. When he and his wife are not visiting their ten grandchildren, they really enjoy international travel where Jeff always takes the opportunity to improve his culinary skills. Left to his own devices, Jeff reverts to the activities of his youth, and you will find him out chasing ducks, deer, and all sorts of fish.
