Chris Redahan, a Principal at FOCUS, and has been actively involved in multiple debt and equity fundraising mandates. He brings extensive experience in transaction services, including due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, and strategic planning. His expertise spans various industries, such as real estate, eCommerce, technology, digital media, hospitality, and construction.

Before joining FOCUS, Chris spent 4.5 years at Hines Real Estate Investment Ireland, where he worked in both the Finance and Investment Management teams. Prior to that, he spent four years at KPMG Consulting, gaining experience across diverse projects, clients, and industries while qualifying as a chartered accountant. 

Chris holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Business from Trinity College Dublin.

Chris is originally from Dublin and still calls it home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and is happiest when he’s active or competing at something. He grew up playing rugby and now splits his time between padel and golf. Chris loves a challenge and will happily turn his hand to almost any sport going, but has to admit he’s more of a “Jack of all trades, master of none.”
