Drew Morgan is a Principal at FOCUS, where he has been with the firm since 2017 and joined full-time in 2020.

Drew leads the execution of both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, managing all phases of the deal process from initial marketing through closing. He works closely with clients to develop transaction materials, coordinate due diligence, oversee financial analysis and valuation, manage buyer outreach, and facilitate negotiations to drive successful outcomes. He also plays an active role in business development, maintaining relationships with strategic acquirers and private equity firms across the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Drew has extensive experience advising founder-owned and privately held businesses, with a particular focus on aerospace & defense, precision manufacturing, industrial technology, and engineered products.

Drew graduated from the University of Alabama with dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics. While at Alabama, he helped develop a student-led startup focused on a cardiac medical device. He holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 82 licenses.

Drew lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or planning his Saturdays around Alabama football.
