(“iBiz”), an experienced Federal Government contractor providing next generation solutions, has been acquired by Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (“CNI”), a federally chartered corporation wholly owned by the Chickasaw Nation. FOCUS represented iBiz in this transaction.
