Washington, DC, (October 18, 2022) – FOCUS Investment Banking, a national middle market investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and corporate finance services, would like to congratulate Giorgio Andonian on his promotion to Managing Director within its Automotive Aftermarket group.
Andonian joined FOCUS in 2019 as a Principal. He has over 15 years of operational experience alongside his sell-side and buy-side experience in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining FOCUS, Andonian was vice president of a regional tire chain in Southern California overseeing all aspects of the operation, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources. Before that he worked at family-owned Discount Tire Centers of Southern California, where he held a variety of positions, including finance, business analysis, operations, inventory management, and purchasing.
Andonian has been commended by his clients on his willingness to do whatever it takes to get things done throughout the transaction. His clients have stated how fortunate they are to have worked with him and have noted his extensive expertise in the automotive aftermarket.

Andonian holds the Series 79 Investment Banking License, the Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent License, the Series 82 Limited Private Securities License, and has passed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE). He is based in Los Angeles and will continue to serve his clients through the network of FOCUS offices in Washington, DC Metro; Atlanta; and Los Angeles, CA Metro.
