In addition to his financial transaction experience, Mr. Conger has substantial operational background, having spent eight years as the principal shareholder and CEO of a respected construction management company specializing in high-end residential projects in the Charleston, South Carolina area. While working in the building business, Mr. Conger earned his unlimited commercial general contractors license.

Mr. Conger began his career selling surgical equipment and supplies. His knowledge of anatomy, physiology, surgical protocol and his experiences in the operating theater has aided his work with numerous healthcare companies throughout his career.

Mr. Conger earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. He also holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, with a concentration in financial management. Mr. Conger holds Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
