(“Sun Auto”), a leading provider of quality auto repair, maintenance, and tire services. FOCUS advised Bruce’s Tire in this transaction, which closed last December.
For over 80 years, Bruce’s Tire has provided high-quality tire and auto repairs to its lifelong customers. Bruce’s Tire has had a number of opportunities to develop new markets and Sun Auto is the perfect home for the next stage of the company’s growth. This acquisition expands Sun Auto to more than 350 locations.
