FOCUS Combines with Education Capital, LLC

Washington, DC (August 13, 2007) - FOCUS, LLC, a national investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition and corporate finance services to middle-market companies, announces its combination with Education Capital, LLC, advisors to entrepreneurs and investors within the business of education.

Bavin will join FOCUS as a managing director of the Washington, D.C. office and lead efforts in the education industry.
