Dublin, Ireland (May 27, 2026) CPM, a leading global provider of process equipment, engineered technologies, and aftermarket support, announced today that it has acquired CFE, a long-standing EMEA partner with deep experience in aftermarket service, refurbishment, and technical support.

The acquisition brings CFE’s team, customer relationships, and specialised refurbishment capabilities into CPM, strengthening the company’s ability to support customers across Europe throughout the full lifecycle of their equipment.

“CFE brings the kind of practical technical knowledge, local support, and customer focus that fits well with CPM’s aftermarket strategy in Europe,” said Dave Webster, CEO of CPM. “Together, we’ll be better positioned to support customers across the full lifecycle of their equipment.”

Founded in 1996 by Con Lynch and Pat Dennehy, CFE Group are main suppliers of aftermarket consumables, pelleting equipment and engineering services to the animal feed and biomass sectors across Ireland and the UK and has represented CPM’s product line of equipment since 2010. European leaders in die and roll refurbishing, the company employs 61 people across 4 locations.

“Over 30 years we’ve built a global business with a superb team in Ireland and the UK” said Con Lynch, CEO of CFE. “With the firepower that CPM will provide, our team will take new opportunities to innovate and expand into new markets for the benefit of our customers, employees and stakeholders” he added.

CFE has built a strong reputation for supporting customers with service, parts, refurbishment, and equipment expertise. Its capabilities include die and roller shell refurbishment, localized service support, and refurbished equipment offerings across the EMEA.

By bringing CFE into CPM, the company will build on an established relationship and further expand the service and refurbishment support available to customers in the region. Customers should continue working with their current CPM or CFE contacts as they do today.

“We are excited to welcome the CFE team to CPM,” Webster added. “Their experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to customers are a strong addition to our business.”
The acquisition supports CPM’s broader aftermarket strategy, including expanded local service, stronger lifecycle support, and continued investment in capabilities that help customers operate reliably and efficiently.
