FOCUS Appoints Jason Welham as Global Fintech & Payments Leader
London, United Kingdom (June 4, 2026) – FOCUS, an established international corporate finance advisory firm, announces the appointment of Jason Welham as Global Fintech & Payments Leader, based in the firm’s London advisory office.
Jason brings a wealth of experience in providing strategic advice in M&A and capital raising to blue-chip established and growth stage companies and investors across the fintech and payments sector globally over a 15-year period.
His appointment further strengthens FOCUS’s financial services industry expertise and comes following the launch of its UK office in late 2025, extending the firm’s presence across key global financial markets alongside locations in Europe and the USA.
