Dublin, Ireland (April 17, 2026) – We are delighted to announce another strategic transaction in our continued partnership with Devenish, an established animal nutrition specialist based in Northern Ireland, with the recent sale of its Turkish joint venture Yem-Vit to CCPA GROUP.
Yem-Vit is a Turkish manufacturer which specialises in premixes, additives and #animalnutrition solutions, founded in 1987.
CCPA Group, headquartered in France, has supported feed manufacturers and livestock farmers with high-performance, sustainable nutrition for more than 60 years.
The integration of Yem-Vit will enable CCPA Group to expand its offering and consolidate its presence in a strategic area between Europe and the Middle East.
This transaction was led by Brian Barrett and Ruairi McEntee at FOCUS Capital Partners.
