DISYS has acquired certain assets of CSI.Washington, DC (March 5, 2012) – FOCUS LLC, a national middle market investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition, divestiture and corporate finance services, announced today that Digital Intelligence Systems Corp. (DISYS) has acquired certain assets of Conversion Services International (CSI). FOCUS represented DISYS in the transaction.
