WASHINGTON, D.C. and Atlanta, GA (February 25, 2010) – FOCUS LLC, a national middle market investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition, divestiture and corporate finance services, announces that Jim Kelly has joined FOCUS as a Senior Advisor in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Kelly will be a member of the Washington, DC office. He brings experience in the information technology, manufacturing, government, banking, education and advertising industries.

Mr. Kelly founded KCS Computer Services in 1984. He served as CEO and President and grew the company into a national organization with offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Atlanta, Phoenix and San Francisco. In 1998, Mr. Kelly sold the company to Allin Corporation (NASDAQ).

According to Doug Rodgers, CEO and Managing Partner of FOCUS, “Jim has more than 30 years of strategic, marketing, fiscal and management experience in publicly traded companies and entrepreneurial firms. He has the background and hands-on experiences that serve our clients well.”

For the past 12 years, Mr. Kelly has served on Allin Corporation’s board and is chairman of the Audit Committee. He has been involved in multiple acquisitions in the information technology sector with Allin. In addition, he is president of KIS Business Consultants LLC, a consulting firm and a member of the Hawthrone Group (a venture capital firm) that specializes in turnaround opportunities.

Mr. Kelly has served two years on Mellon’s Private Asset Management board, which helped Mellon Management to better serve their high net wealth individuals. He has a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, a BS in management from LaRoche College, and an AS degree in computer science.
