FOCUS represented Business Integra in this transaction.

Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, Aquila provides information technology and consulting services to the U.S. Government and its contractors. The stake in Aquila Technology was held by Zensar Technologies Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Zensar Technologies Limited, an India-based software and services company; Zensar is a unit of RPG Group, an Indian industrial and services conglomerate. Aquila Technology was acquired by Zensar in 2010.
