Washington, DC (July 1, 2004)FOCUS Enterprises, Inc., the region’s premier investment banking and consulting firm providing merger, acquisition and corporate finance services for middle-market company clients, today announced the addition of a twelfth Partner, John T. Bradshaw, who will be based in the firm’s Washington DC headquarters office.

John T. Bradshaw

John T. Bradshaw has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance and systems engineering with corporations specializing in technology-driven business products and services. Mr. Bradshaw has been a successful senior executive and manager in both large and small organizations, and has spent the last 15 years working with entrepreneurial companies.

Prior to joining FOCUS, Mr. Bradshaw was the founder and former President and CEO of CareCall, Inc., a customer service outsourcing company that was sold to Array Services in 2003. Mr. Bradshaw founded CareCall in 1994 and grew the company from inception to over $15 million in sales with 500 employees. Growth was internally funded through profits allowing for a year-to-year compounded 80 percent growth rate.

Prior to founding CareCall, Mr. Bradshaw was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Managing Director of International Operations for Online Computer Systems, a division of Reed Elsevier. As President and COO of International Telesystems Corp., a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, Mr. Bradshaw was instrumental in growing the company 700 percent in three years, propelling the company into a leadership position within its industry sector.

His early career included management positions at Xerox Corp. and FileNet Corp. where he held various positions in finance, manufacturing and sales focused on computer storage, document processing and imaging business sectors.

Mr. Bradshaw has a B.B.A., with honors, in Computer Science, Math and Statistics from the University of Texas, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Harvard Business School.

Kahla Cooper is the Director of Marketing at FOCUS. In this role, Ms. Cooper designs and implements the overall marketing strategy. Ms. Cooper works with each industry team leader to define programs in order to promote and brand FOCUS’ suite of capabilities.
