Notable M&A Transactions in the Photonics Space in Q1 2024

Although 2023 M&A activity was down from the high level of 2021, there are some signs that M&A activity in 2024 is picking up. We believe that the M&A market in the Photonics space is also likely to rebound this year.

Some of the more notable Photonics transactions in the first quarter of 2024 include:

Keysight Technologies, a US-based company that provides electronic design and test solutions, outbid Viavi Solutions to acquire Spirent Communications.

He started his career as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, an international law firm headquartered in New York City. Mr. Costello holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center; and he graduated with a B.A. (cum laude) from Yale University.
