Washington, DC, (August 21, 2023) – FOCUS Investment Banking (“FOCUS”), a national middle market investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and corporate finance services, announced today that Guaranty Chevrolet, a family-owned Chevrolet dealer in Junction City, Oregon, has been acquired by CFO Auto Group, Inc. FOCUS represented Guaranty Chevrolet in this transaction.
Privately held for over 50 years, Guaranty is an industry-leading Chevrolet dealership with solid sales volume and a loyal customer base. Guaranty offers a comprehensive lineup of both new and used vehicles and trucks as well as service, parts and tires.
Guaranty was founded by Herb Nill in 1966 with money he’d saved selling cars after putting himself through college at the University of Oregon, where he was a track & field athlete for legendary coach Bill Bowerman. Herb’s son, Shannon Nill, purchased the dealership in the early 1980s and plans on retiring after working at Guaranty for 42 years, including 32 years as Dealer Principal. This acquisition is the perfect financial and strategic fit for both Guaranty and CFO Auto Group.
