Hosted by Active M&A Experts GmbH, M&A Worldwide held its 21st convention in Düsseldorf, Germany October 23-25, 2014. Forty-eight members from five continents participated and new members from the Netherlands and Belgium were elected.

Cooperation between members is growing and through the third quarter, 2014, five deals in which at least two members were involved have been completed. Presentations of cross border, acquisition interests were made by the NORMA Group SE, ARDEX GmbH, and H.I.G. Europe.

M&A Worldwide is scheduled to hold its next two conventions in Istanbul, Turkey in May, 2015 and in Shanghai, China in Fall, 2015.
