Patrick, a FOCUS Managing Director, is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in Corporate Finance across M&A, Debt Funding and Equity Fundraising. Patrick held senior positions in EY and PKF before joining FOCUS Capital Partners from Irish private equity firm Renatus Capital Partners.

Patrick’s expertise is in supporting SME businesses to realise their strategic ambitions and provide advice & assistance in preparing both the Company and business owner/entrepreneur for significant value events. Patrick has in depth industry knowledge and experience having completed a number of significant transactions across a range of sectors including healthcare, software, technology, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics.

Patrick previously worked in a private equity firm and more recent experience has focussed on advising businesses and owners on growth options and re-organisations available in the private equity market across Europe.

Patrick holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from DCU and a MSc. In Accounting from TUD.  He co-founded a tech startup company which was successfully disposed of to a trade buyer in 2018.
