Chris Redahan, a Principal at FOCUS, and has been actively involved in multiple debt and equity fundraising mandates. He brings extensive experience in transaction services, including due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, and strategic planning. His expertise spans various industries, such as real estate, eCommerce, technology, digital media, hospitality, and construction.

Before joining FOCUS, Redahan spent 4.5 years at Hines Real Estate Investment Ireland, where he worked in both the Finance and Investment Management teams. Prior to that, he spent four years at KPMG Consulting, gaining experience across diverse projects, clients, and industries while qualifying as a chartered accountant. 

Redahan holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Business from Trinity College Dublin.
