Andrew Kenny, a FOCUS Managing Director, has over 15 years’ experience advising personal and corporate tax clients such as high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, start-up companies (particularly in the technology and software industries), sizeable Irish private companies and family-owned businesses across the full spectrum of the domestic economy.

Kenny has extensive knowledge of all areas of Irish taxation and specializes in the tax structuring of property transactions and corporate transactions including refinancing, acquisitions, disposals, corporate re-organizations, and management buyouts (MBOs).

Prior to joining FOCUS, Kenny was a Partner at Warren & Partners.
