Consumer Banker

We are growing and looking for an experienced Managing Director to join the Consumer team.

FOCUS Managing Directors:

• Originate new business driven by their network and targeted marketing programs.
• Manage and execute transactions from start to finish, working in teams with other MDs and staff.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the firm’s clients.
• Develop and oversee go-to-market materials (CIM, teaser, emails) and due diligence activities supported by analysts/associates and marketing staff.
• Create a customized outreach program to convey the company’s value.
• Be an active participant within an industry team.

The Managing Director would ideally:

• Have a verifiable track record executing consumer M&A transactions.
• Demonstrate participation and responsibility for middle market M&A transactions.
• Show expertise through recent tombstones.
• Have a network that includes an existing pipeline of transaction prospects.
• Be a registered representative (SIE, Series 79 & 63).
• Be comfortable working in an assessment-driven environment
