Dermot Brennan

Dermot Brennan, a FOCUS Associate located in Ireland, has advised on numerous Debt, Equity and M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.

Previously he spent 4 years in PWC’s International and Domestics Business Assurance department which included a secondment to PWC’s New York office.

Dermot is a Chartered Accountant and graduated with a first-class honor's degree in Business Studies (specializing in Finance) from DCU. He has completed a Diploma in Corporate Finance and the Chartered Tax Consultant Qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
