Washington, DC, (July 1, 2020) – FOCUS Investment Banking, a national middle market investment banking firm providing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and corporate finance services, announced today that Curt Karges has joined the firm as a Managing Director leading the Industrials and Energy team.
Curt is a seasoned leader with over four decades of deal experience in M&A, capital raising, structuring advice and general corporate finance. Before joining FOCUS, Curt was a Managing Director of PwC’s US investment banking practice. During his time there, Curt opened the Houston office and coordinated PwC’s Corporate Finance energy practice globally.
Prior to joining PwC, Curt worked for JPMorgan Securities for thirty years and was the head of middle market investment banking for the Gulf Coast Region.
Curt will be based in Houston, TX and serve his clients through the network of FOCUS offices in Washington, DC Metro; Atlanta; and Los Angeles, CA Metro.
