John T. Bradshaw has over 40 years experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance and systems engineering with corporations specializing in technology-driven business products and services. Mr. Bradshaw has been a successful entrepreneur of his own startup companies as well as a senior executive in both large and small organizations.

Prior to joining FOCUS as an investment banker specializing in mergers, acquisitions and capital raises for the lower middle market ($10M to $300M valuation), Mr. Bradshaw was the founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of CareCall, Inc., a customer service outsourcing company that was sold to Array Services in 2003. He founded CareCall in 1993 and grew the company from inception to over $17 million in sales with 500 employees utilizing four locations based in the Midwest. Growth was internally funded through profits allowing for a year-to-year compounded 80 percent growth rate. CareCall specialized in outbound and inbound customer service support for Fortune 1000 companies in the technology, telecommunications and healthcare industries.

Prior to founding CareCall, Mr. Bradshaw was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Managing Director of International Operations for Online Computer Systems, a division of Reed Elsevier. He was responsible for worldwide sales of electronic publishing services geared at migrating technical, scientific and healthcare publications to CD-ROM and electronic media.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of International Telesystems Corp in the 1980's, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer specializing in predictive dialers for the call center industry, Mr. Bradshaw was instrumental in growing the company 700 percent in three years, propelling the company into a leadership position within its industry sector. Success was based on raising venture capital, redirecting the sales and marketing programs and enhancing the manufacturing capabilities of the company.

As Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales at Atlis Systems, Inc., a supplier of legal information services to major law firms and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Bradshaw increased sales from $3 to $25 million. His early career included management positions at Xerox Corp. and FileNet Corp. where he held various positions in finance, manufacturing and sales focused on computer storage, document processing and imaging business sectors.

Mr. Bradshaw has a B.B.A., with honors, in computer science, math and statistics from the University of Texas, and an M.B.A. in finance from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bradshaw carries all major securities licenses required for Investment Banking.
